HOPEFULLY I'm NOT seeing effects.


Even though I've been working with Kevin in the fitness center lifting weights- I still think that I'm beginning to see the effects of osteoporosis on my body because just last night, I was lifting an 8 lb. weight on my own and I'm usually able to do 12 retititions of 77 but last night I was only able to do 7 and my arm was in pain too much to continue lifting. I'm not sure why my arm hurt too bad to continue lifting- it's never done that before. Hopefully it was just late and my body was tired? Even though I don't remember what time it was.
